Requirements
- A Psy.D. or Ph.D. is required.
- A valid State of Florida Psychologist license is required.
- Completion of a fellowship with specialized training in neuropsychology is required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required for patient care and data interpretation.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical neuropsychological services, including mental health screenings and psychological assessments.
- Administer tests for intelligence, memory, attention, language, and sensorimotor functions.
- Evaluate disorders including dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, stroke, brain tumors, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder.
- Develop cognitive rehabilitation plans and, in some cases, provide psychotherapy.
- Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports to guide medical treatment.
- Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, and other medical staff.
- Provide supervision for post-doctoral psychology fellows.
- Attend multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Identify patients requiring psychiatric evaluation.

- Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
