Requirements
  • Availability to work either 24 or 39 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Host, Receptionist or Senior Waiting Staff
  • Experience using an F&B booking system is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Greeting guests with a warm and friendly welcome (ensuring they are taken to their seats and menus are explained)
  • Manage the booking systems to keep track of reservations and ensure confirmations are sent to all customers
  • Assisting our customers in person, over the phone and via email with any queries or complaints
  • Working with the Bar Management team to ensure a seamless service at all times
