Responsibilities
  • Supervise and provide oversight across multiple teams and task leads supporting multiple requirements and customers
  • Plan, manage, monitor, and report progress ensuring that scope, resources, milestones and deliverables
  • Ensure cost, schedules, and technical requirements of projects are communicated and met
  • Ensure internal and external resources are used effectively
  • Coordinate the resolution of project execution-related challenges
  • Ensure proper relationships are established and nurtured to facilitate delivery of services
  • Develop and execute Program Management Plans
  • Integrate with Barbaricum team members and processes to ensure steady state operations
  • Complete and remain organized with monthly CDRLs and associated reports
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly briefs through Operations leadership to maintain awareness of key milestones, challenges, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with contract and corporate team members to earn high CPARS ratings across all categories
  • Provide support to business development teams as needed and when relevant
