  • Guide customers using your knowledge of Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, and other leading outboard brands
  • Build lasting relationships and drive repeat business through trust and expertise
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to dealership success
  • Manage the full sales process in our CRM—from lead follow-up to after-sale support
  • Partner with service teams to ensure smooth and professional installations
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and manufacturer updates
