Requirements
  • Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive P&C experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience leading and managing a team
  • Experience in a P&C CoE capacity
  • Depth in at least one other HR Functional area
  • Consulting competencies, problem-solving, negotiation, facilitation, coaching, etc.
  • Ability to grow P&C professionals and knowledge of P&C best practices
  • Attitude to thrive in a high-growth, innovative environment
  • Willingness to take initiative and move with urgency
  • Able to navigate a complex organization in transition
  • Superior collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills

Responsibilities
  • Oversee HR business partnership for the Canada Team
  • Enable function leaders to design P&C strategies aligned with Foundation objectives
  • Work as a trusted advisor to Enabling Functions Leaders
  • Provide P&C support for all staff based in Canada
  • Create a unified community in Canada
  • Lead the implementation of P&C programs, processes, and plans for Canada
  • Support the preparation of people's budgets aligned with programs and function strategy
  • Contribute to creating the P&C function strategy
  • Lead talent management programs for Canada teams
  • Manage resource planning, role insights, and talent insights for the location
  • Own all sourcing and recruitment at the location for Head Level and Above
  • Lead performance and productivity aligned to location program business strategy
  • Prepare compensation recommendations for existing and new roles at Head and above
  • Analyze and interpret People & Culture reports, metrics, and innovation
  • Maintain knowledge of legal region/location requirements
