Requirements
  • Strong communication skills to work closely with customer service and vendors gathering data and generating communications to customers as needed.
  • Candidate must have aptitude to achieve the best possible outcomes, processes and savings to reach business strategic goals and targets.
  • Advanced skill level using MS Office: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Proficient Data Entry.
  • Must have strong Excel skills, including pivot/graphing.
  • Strong communication, written and oral.
  • Telecom helpful not required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support by identifying trends.
  • Process standardize data as needed using tools such as pivot tables to combine with other data to develop various management reports and assist management with decision making.
Desired Qualifications
  • Provisioning and Telco experience.
  • BA degree desired.
