Requirements
  • Demonstrated excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively interact with senior level stakeholders (Government, Military, Corporate) in / with diverse environments / backgrounds, and identify important strategic takeaways
  • Experience working at a Combatant Command (J2, J23, J25, J26), Sub-unified Command, Service Component Command or Joint Staff level
  • Experience with the operational and strategic level staff functions sufficient to engage Combatant Command and Service Component leadership on operational matters related to the system and suggested enhancements to current battle rhythm events
  • Demonstrated strong planning, problem solving, analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting facts using the prescribed data collection and dissemination tools/techniques/methods
  • Identified sub-optimal processes, technical and operational problems/risks, and develop and/or recommend innovative solutions or mitigation steps
  • Experience and capability to perform tasks with Microsoft productivity software and applications as well as other off-the-shelf capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - actively seek out new opportunities, use cases and activities that would benefit from our deployed capabilities
  • Must be able to work independently with limited oversight and function effectively as part of a geographically separated operations team
  • Must have experience developing Tactics, Techniques and Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, or other process documents
  • Military or civilian training that provided exposure to Information Operations planning and, or Information Related Capability understanding
  • Experience with large-scale commercial marketing campaigns and, or strategic messaging planning and coordination
  • The equivalent of a bachelor's degree preferably in computer science, engineering, IT, or a related discipline
  • Familiar with systems engineering processes for developing/documenting requirements
  • Experience developing Tactics, Techniques and Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, or other process documents
Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise on RII's core Command and Control automation capability to include: discussing, briefing, planning, and execution of operations in support of strategic deterrence and C2 efforts supporting key offices and, or representatives
  • Develop and document a structured understanding of CAF/CJOC Integrated Campaigning and Assessment processes and gaps
  • Identify and evaluate best practices, technologies and advanced analytical capabilities that can provide high-quality situational awareness in support of global integration
  • Demonstrate the capability to rapidly integrate data sources (military, government, academic, commercial) to further enhance the user understanding of the information environment and situational awareness
  • Refine Publicly Available Information scope and related analytics, based on collaboration on operational use cases
  • Provide strategic insight, analytical support, capability training, and advisory services to help drive successful planning and execution, with a focus on identifying evaluation threads and use cases, concept exploration, requirements development, and experimentation pertaining to operations in the information environment
  • Support the Agile development, integration, use and enhancement of RII software for mission planning, execution, and assessment in support of operations in the information environment lines of effort and campaigns from an operational to a strategic level using customer provided inputs/feedback
  • Support the planning and execution of Operations, Activities, and Investments (OAIs) in the information environment while engaging with senior leadership and representatives to support the integration and use of RII's software throughout the organization's battle rhythm
  • Develop and refine organizational Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) that articulate effective system usage using doctrinally focused methods and align to broader community efforts
  • Develop and deliver clear and concise presentations and reports to convey observations, results, and recommendations that capture the interests of the end user and other possible stakeholders

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
