Requirements
  • You have 3-4+ years of experience planning and executing marketing initiatives with technology, media, and/or entertainment companies
  • You have a deep familiarity with the gaming industry including emerging trends, technologies, platforms and ecosystems
  • You are a trusted, polished representative with proven relationship development and partner/account management abilities
  • You have a passion and eagerness to develop and implement best-in-class marketing campaigns with global reach
  • You possess strong project management, business writing and presentation skills, and have experience working on complex, collaborative projects with multiple stakeholders
  • You exhibit curiosity, proactively solve problems, and are willing to build projects and processes from scratch
  • You have an ability to work in an extremely fast-moving environment, and with teams around the world
Responsibilities
  • Lead marketing strategy as well as campaign planning and execution for priority global gaming partnerships
  • Act as a liaison and partnerships thought leader for the global Spotify marketing organization, including Regional Marketing teams, Brand/Creative, PR & Comms, etc
  • Represent marketing in collaboration with internal cross-functional teams (Business Development, Product, Subscription, Legal, Licensing, etc.) to drive maximum value and engagement from partnerships
  • Work with internal and external collaborators to plan and execute relationship management strategies and lead day-to-day relationships with gaming partners to drive lifecycle marketing, key launches, and long-term growth and engagement
  • Evaluate, prioritize and project manage opportunities - creating project timelines and budgets, handling status reports, tracking of brand and business metrics, etc
  • Produce and maintain ongoing overviews and provide strategic direction for global relationships, tracking all activities and keeping internal partners informed
