Unite America is a non-partisan philanthropic venture fund that supports democracy reform by funding candidates, campaigns, and organizations. Its work aims to create a more representative and functional government by advancing nonpartisan election reforms such as anti-gerrymandering efforts, top-four nonpartisan primaries, and other ballot initiatives. The fund mobilizes significant philanthropic capital from a broad base of donors to drive reform campaigns and reforms at the state and local levels. It differentiates itself through its cross-partisan, voter-centered approach, commitment to diversity and inclusion within its team, and a focus on scaling practical reforms that bring problem-solving back to the political process. The goal is to scale impact to build an inclusive democracy where leaders prioritize solving problems over partisan divides and where government better reflects the diverse identities and perspectives of the American people.
