Requirements
- Proven experience (7+ years) in programmatic advertising, with a focus on platform/data partnerships and/or PMP media deals
- Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing strategic partnerships in the programmatic space
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate complex business landscapes
Responsibilities
- As an individual contributor across the US & Canada, drive revenue growth through direct sales initiatives across Equativ's PMP curation and direct media buying platform offering - Equativ Buyer Connect (EBC)
- Develop and execute new go-to-market strategies that support sales
- Manage a high volume of daily outreach to prospects
- Define target markets/verticals, lead generation processes and pipelines, and document interactions and follow-ups in Salesforce
- Work closely with Equativ's product and marketing teams to develop our pitch, unique benefits, and supportive sales collateral
- Initiate and close complex business deals with multiple stakeholders (internal and externally)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to capitalize on new opportunities and educate the broader organization
- Orchestrate and further develop Equativ playbook for building channel sales growth across partners throughout the programmatic ecosystem (targeting multiple segments Data Partners, Ad Networks, Retailers, and Agencies)
- Evangelize Equative's curation platform and practice, providing partners the necessary tools to white-label our offering and take it to market strategically
- Provide program leadership in creating best-of-breed solutions for our clients
- Collaborate with an internal SDR team to develop and execute a high-performing lead-gen, outreach, and meeting generation framework
- Work closely with the managed service demand partnerships team to build a groundswell of activity with advertising agencies
