World Wide Technology and Horizon3 launch strategic partnership to rewrite the cybersecurity playbook for the AI era.

World Wide Technology and Horizon3 launch strategic partnership to rewrite the cybersecurity playbook for the AI era. July 27, 2026 New Mythos Infrastructure Readiness Assessment operationalizes AI-native security validation to protect enterprises against machine-speed threats. ST. LOUIS (July 27, 2026) - World Wide Technology (WWT), a global technology solutions provider, and Horizon3, the AI-native proactive security leader behind the NodeZero(R) Platform, today announced a strategic partnership to help enterprises build continuous, evidence-based cyber resilience at a moment when AI is fundamentally changing the speed, scale, and sophistication of attacks. As the first step in the partnership, WWT and Horizon3 launched a Mythos Infrastructure Readiness Assessment joint solution, which helps organizations actively test and validate if they can withstand sophisticated, AI-accelerated attacks with their current infrastructure. The urgency is real. Artificial intelligence has collapsed the timeline between vulnerability and exploitation. Attackers now use AI to discover weaknesses, generate novel exploits, and move laterally through enterprise environments at machine speed. Yet most organizations still measure their security posture through slow, inconsistent periodic assessments and compliance exercises, leaving them exposed to today's fast-moving AI threats. This disconnect is spotlighted in Horizon3's State of Assumed Security 2026 report, which reveals that only 30% of organizations actively test for real-world exploitability after applying a patch. Instead, nearly half default to simple vulnerability rescanning, a process that completely fails to prove whether an underlying attack path was actually neutralized. The result is a dangerous gap between assumed security and actual resilience. What's required is a fundamental shift from periodic, compliance-driven assessments to continuous, autonomous security operations. Why WWT chose Horizon3. As WWT advised the world's largest enterprises, it saw a consistent, concerning pattern: organizations investing heavily in security controls they had never pressure-tested under real attack conditions. By combining Horizon3's autonomous security validation platform with WWT's consulting, architecture, integration, and managed services capabilities, the partnership gives enterprises a repeatable operational model for proving cyber resilience, not just assuming it. To accomplish this, the autonomous platform leverages actual exploitable attack paths, discovered and verified at machine speed across cloud, hybrid, identity, and on-premises environments, rather than simulated risk scores. WWT's choice to partner with Horizon3 reflects its standing as a category's defining company. Horizon3 was recently recognized by Fast Company as one of the World's Most Innovative Companies in 2026, ranked #3 overall on the 2025 Deloitte Technology Fast 500, and named the #1 cybersecurity company on the Inc. 5000 in 2025. More than 5,500 organizations, including the NSA, CISA, Fortune 100 enterprises, and major healthcare systems, rely on NodeZero to validate their defenses and prioritize what actually matters. "Every major technology shift redefines infrastructure and resilience, and the AI era demands a complete rewrite of the security playbook," said Jim Kavanaugh, Co-Founder and CEO, World Wide Technology. "As our customers face machine-speed, AI-driven threats, they can no longer rely on static defense strategies. Horizon3's autonomous validation capabilities perfectly complement WWT's consulting and architecture expertise. Together, scaled through our Advanced Technology Center (ATC) and global managed services, we are helping enterprises move from assumptions to definitive evidence, ensuring their operational defenses perform exactly as intended." Introducing the Mythos Infrastructure Readiness Assessment. The first joint solution delivered under this strategic partnership is the Mythos Infrastructure Readiness Assessment. This offering moves beyond traditional vulnerability scanning to actively prove whether an enterprise's infrastructure can withstand sophisticated, AI-accelerated attacks. Delivered through Horizon3.ai's NodeZero(R) platform, the assessment produces three things security leaders can immediately act on: * Validated map of exploitable attack paths across cloud, hybrid, identity, and enterprise environments * Analysis of which security controls are performing as intended and which are not * Prioritized remediation roadmap tied to actual business risk The output is an executive-ready briefing that gives CISOs the evidence they need to make better investment decisions, accelerate remediation, and demonstrate measurable progress to their boards about how ready their security infrastructure is to withstand AI-based attacks. "In the AI versus AI era, it's now even harder to decide what NOT to fix. Just because you're vulnerable doesn't mean you're exploitable, you could have a compensating control in place that disrupts the attack chain. Viewing yourself through the eyes of an attacker using comprehensive pentesting is the best way to ensure your teams are fixing problems that are truly exploitable, known to be used by threat actors, and that will lead to a business consequence. With that information you can clearly articulate to leadership what the risk is whether to adjust resources or accept that risk." said Snehal Antani, CEO, Horizon3. "By partnering with a global powerhouse like WWT we are giving defenders the upper hand by transforming how the world's largest organizations prioritize risk and operationalize cyber resilience at scale." The Mythos Assessment marks the foundation of a deeply strategic, multi-phased relationship. WWT and Horizon3 intend to continually expand their co-innovated offerings, embedding autonomous validation across the entire infrastructure lifecycle and helping enterprises safely navigate AI adoption. Horizon3.ai named to Fast Company's annual list of the World's Most Innovative Companies of 2026.

Horizon3.ai named to Fast Company's annual list of the World's Most Innovative Companies of 2026. * Business Wire * 5 hrs ago SAN FRANCISCO-(BUSINESS WIRE)-Mar 24, 2026- Horizon3.ai is proud to have been named to Fast Company 's prestigious list of the World's Most Innovative Companies of 2026. This year's list shines a spotlight on businesses that are shaping industry and culture through their innovations. Alongside the World's 50 Most Innovative Companies, Fast Company recognizes 720 honorees across 59 sectors and regions. "NodeZero(R) is the most experienced AI hacker in the world. It relentlessly seeks ways to compromise your network, break into your applications, steal your data, and lock you out of your systems using the same tactics the bad guys use," said Snehal Antani, CEO and Co-founder of Horizon3.ai. "It's no longer acceptable to wait for a breach to know your security worked. You need to proactively and continuously verify your secure posture." Horizon3.ai proved that organizations can safely execute real-world cyberattacks against their own production environments, something the industry long believed was too risky to do at scale. Traditional security models rely on identifying vulnerabilities or simulating threats, but they cannot determine what an attacker can actually exploit in a live environment. Through its NodeZero(R) Proactive Security Platform, Horizon3.ai enables continuous, real-world attack execution, removing that limitation and making it possible to measure risk based on what attackers can actually exploit. As a result, Horizon3.ai shifts security from assuming defenses will work to proving they do. Security teams can observe how attack paths unfold across identity, cloud, endpoint, and infrastructure systems and validate whether controls detect or stop them. With continuous execution, validation, and retesting, Horizon3.ai enables an operational model where risk is measured through real outcomes and verified over time. The World's Most Innovative Companies is Fast Company 's hallmark franchise and one of its most anticipated editorial efforts of the year. To determine honorees, Fast Company' s editors and writers review companies driving progress around the world and across industries, evaluating thousands of submissions through a competitive application process. The result is a globe-spanning guide to innovation today, from early-stage startups to some of the most valuable companies in the world. "Our list of the Most Innovative Companies is about spotlighting organizations that don't just adapt to change - they drive it," said Brendan Vaughan, editor-in-chief of Fast Company. "The companies we honor this year are redefining what leadership looks like in 2026, pairing bold ideas with measurable impact and turning breakthrough innovation into real-world value. They are setting the pace for their industries and offering a blueprint for what sustained innovation can achieve." Horizon3.ai appoints Dan Bird MBE as Field Chief Technology Officer for EMEA

Horizon3.ai appoints Dan Bird MBE as Field Chief Technology Officer for EMEA. * home * presse * Horizon3.ai appoints Dan Bird MBE as Field Chief Technology Officer for EMEA. | As UK cyber threats intensify and regulation tightens, Horizon3.ai brings in Dan Bird MBE, formerly of the UK Ministry of Defence, as Field Chief Technology Officer for EMEA Bird brings senior defence and national security experience and will work closely with UK organisations on cyber resilience as attacks become more frequent, automated and disruptive. His appointment comes as the Cyber Security and Resilience Bill advances through Parliament, reflecting a growing recognition that cyber attacks are an operational risk, not an abstract one. Horizon3.ai has been vocal in warning that too many organisations rely on outdated defensive security methods only. Bird stated: "Controls have to be validated under real conditions, not assumed to work on paper." Dan Bird is available for: - Interviews and op-eds on cyber resilience and offensive security - Insight into today's threat landscape, from technical to geopolitical risk - Commentary on how regulation and AI threats are reshaping cyber defence | | Horizon3.ai appoints Dan Bird MBE as Field Chief Technology Officer for EMEA London, 18 February 2026 - Horizon3.ai, a leader in offensive security, has appointed Dan Bird MBE as Field Chief Technology Officer (EMEA). In this role, Bird will work closely with customers and partners to advance Horizon3.ai's mission to help organisations continuously validate their security posture in the face of sharply escalating cyber threats, especially focused on NatSec and CNI. Escalating Cyber Threats Drive Focus on Resilience The appointment comes amid a sharp escalation in the scale, frequency and sophistication of cyberattacks directed at the UK and wider EMEA region. Recent incidents and threat intelligence indicate that attacks are becoming more automated, involve more AI capabilities, are more persistent and more disruptive, placing increased pressure on organisational resilience. Extensive Defence and National Security Experience Dan Bird MBE brings close to three decades of experience across defence, national security and technology delivery. He spent the majority of his career with the UK Ministry of Defence, holding senior operational, technical and leadership roles in the UK's national crisis response. During this time, he led complex technology programmes valued at several hundred million pounds, transitioned large-scale IT systems into live operational service, and supported defence innovation and international cooperation, including as National Liaison Officer to the United States military. He later moved into the private sector, most recently at SNC Mission Systems UK. Advancing an Offensive Approach to Cyber Defence In his new role at Horizon3.ai, Bird will support organisations across EMEA in strengthening cyber resilience by validating security controls from an attacker's perspective. This approach reflects the reality that modern attacks are repeatable, scalable, and persistent, and that assumptions about defence often fail under pressure. "Dan brings a rare blend of deep defence experience, technical credibility, and operational insight," said Keith Poyser, Vice President EMEA at Horizon3.ai. "Threat actors, including organised criminal groups and state-backed operators, are becoming more capable and more persistent, while many organisations still place too much trust in untested defensive controls. Resilience comes from proving defences hold up when tested, frequently, from an exploitability perspective. Dan's leadership will be instrumental in helping organisations move from assumed security to demonstrable resilience." Cyber Defence Returns to the National Agenda Bird said his decision to join Horizon3.ai was driven by the convergence of technology, geopolitics, and cyber risk. "We're seeing offensive cyber capability become easier to operate and harder to contain, at the same time as geopolitical pressure and more organised criminal activity," said Dan Bird MBE, Field Chief Technology Officer (EMEA) at Horizon3.ai. "That combination is no longer theoretical. It enables sustained disruption with direct economic and operational impact." Bird continued: "As the UK enters 2026, cyber resilience is firmly on the national agenda. The second reading of the Cyber Security and Resilience Bill reflects a growing recognition that cyber attacks are an operational risk, not an abstract one. Controls have to be validated under real conditions, not assumed to work on paper." "Hostile actors have first mover advantage in adopting new technology like AI and machine learning. We have to enable our customers to see from an attacker's perspective to find and fix their real weaknesses before others do." Introduced to Parliament in late 2025, the Cyber Security and Resilience (Network and Information Systems) Bill is expected to strengthen the UK's cyber framework throughout 2026. The legislation broadens the range of organisations subject to higher cyber standards, including managed service providers, data centres and critical suppliers, tightens incident reporting timelines and expands regulatory enforcement powers. From Assumed Risk to Proven Evidence Through its NodeZero(R) Offensive Security Platform, Horizon3.ai enables organisations to move from assumed risk to proof of exploitable attack paths, then to fix and verify. By conducting continuous testing, organisations gain clear insight into what impact they have on systems and business operations and proactively reduce. This approach helps align security teams, system administrators and business leadership around a shared, evidence-based understanding of risk - supporting faster prioritisation and more effective remediation. About Horizon3.ai Horizon3.ai's NodeZero(R) platform is trusted by over 40% of the Fortune 10, the world's largest banks, top global pharmaceutical and semiconductor manufacturers, critical infrastructure operators around the globe, and the U.S. Defense Industrial Base to proactively find, fix, and verify exploitable vulnerabilities to continuously fortify cyber defences and improve cyber resilience.
