- A clear, quantifiable history of participating in audits, including the number of audits conducted for or with financial and regulated entities such as BFSI or fintech organizations, and the candidate's role in each.
- Demonstrated ownership of SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 evidence operations and certification cycles.
- Strong IT administration expertise across identity, endpoint, and the specified operations stack.

- Automate joiner, mover, and leaver processes for provisioning and offboarding to defined service-level agreements.
- Conduct quarterly access reviews and maintain User Access Review evidence for auditors.
- Manage mobile device management across Mac, Windows, and Linux, including fleet enrollment and compliance baselines.
- Operate endpoint detection and response, including deployment, triage, and quarantine workflows.
- Enforce disk encryption with key escrow and verify its operation.
- Manage privileges by eliminating standing local administrator access and enabling on-demand elevation.
- Administer zero trust network access with per-application access and device-posture checks.
- Manage virtual private networking, including always-on access and no split tunneling for production.
- Operate endpoint-level, network-independent Domain Name System filtering.
- Administer cloud and software-as-a-service environments, including tenant security configuration and identity and access governance.
- Operate data loss prevention across endpoints and software-as-a-service environments, covering USB, clipboard, email, and off-network activity.
- Operate secure access service edge and secure web gateway capabilities for web filtering and shadow IT discovery.
- Operate ISO 27001 and SOC 2 evidence processes, including logs, inventories, and reports on demand.
- Manage the asset lifecycle from procurement through certified disposal with an auditable trail.
- Maintain the software-as-a-service and vendor register, including inventory ownership and security reviews.
- Manage vendors through selection, contracts, security reviews, and ongoing accountability.
- Forward security information and event management logs so endpoint and identity-provider events are queryable.
- Maintain information technology service management discipline and ticket trails that provide audit evidence.
- Handle incident response, including device isolation, forensic data retrieval, and timeline writing.
- Maintain and test a remote-wipe and lost-device runbook that is service-level-agreement bound.
- Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery for IT systems and produce annual test evidence.
- Set up tooling, write runbooks, and operate internal IT and IT-security controls directly during the early stage of the function.
- Partner with Security or the CISO, People, and Finance, and serve as the primary contact for auditors.
- Scripting for fleet automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Hands-on exposure to SIEM, endpoint detection and response, zero trust network access, and data loss prevention tooling at scale.
- Experience in a high-growth or regulated-industry environment.
