Responsibilities
  • Greet customers entering and leaving the community, using customer names whenever possible.
  • Answer customer calls and direct them timely and appropriately.
  • Handle customer interactions professionally and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
  • Maintain current resident listings, emergency phone numbers for on-call personnel, and department extensions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and assist with inquiries about community activities, services, hours, directions, and related matters.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer, receive payments for sales, and reconcile transactions at the close of each shift.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records for the on-campus shuttle.
  • Distribute and receive keys and maintain an accurate key log.
  • Use computer programs, phone systems, and emergency systems for multiple tasks and communications.
  • Handle emergency situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality of pertinent resident and partner information.
  • Complete special projects as requested and perform other duties as assigned.
