Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain excellent customer relationships in the territory
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders
- Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
- Drive the entire order creation/fulfillment process including take-off, quote, order, and post-delivery follow-up
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
- Contribute to the company’s commitment to create layers of sustainable advantages to the builder
- Contribute to the success of the Needham Showroom and attend Van Millwork sponsored events and functions
- Perform administrative duties such as preparing sales budgets and reports, maintaining sales records, and filing expense account reports
- Maintain sales goals
