  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or business operations
  • Ideal experience is in Technology Sales, Sales Operations or GTM operations

Responsibilities
  • Own the strategic, operational relationship with our senior technical sales leaders and cross-functional alignment of our data, systems, and key business partners (Sales, RevOps, Finance, etc.)
  • Responsible for the accuracy and governance of how our data is communicated across the organization and maintained in systems (presentations, CRMs, etc.)
  • Deep dive regularly into metrics to identify trends, opportunities and issues
  • Collaborate with the analytics and integrations team to design dashboards and reporting mechanisms that enable data readiness and availability
  • Provide data-based insights and recommendations to support projects, initiatives, and overall best practices
  • Partner cross-functionally to maintain and improve systems and tooling used worldwide
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience directly supporting Solutions Engineering as well as overlay teams such as Solutions Architecture
  • Knowledge of both pre- and post-sales (SE, TAM/CS, PS, etc.) is a plus
