  • At least 4 years of experience shipping production software.
  • Full-stack experience with TypeScript or Python.
  • At least 1 year of experience building, thinking about, or shipping large language model applications with evaluations.
  • Experience building an MCP server or equivalent, with the ability to explain its implementation in detail.

  • Ability to prototype and move applications into production within days.
  • Ability to work autonomously as the sole owner of an area and make small but important decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Ship one working automation per week by selecting a high-friction workflow, building the agent, measuring hours saved, and moving on.

Desired Qualifications
  • German language proficiency.
  • Experience building an MCP server or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with current AI models and frameworks, including Cursor and Claude Code.
  • Strong opinions on retrieval-augmented generation versus context stuffing and on when to use an agent versus a script.
