Requirements
  • Experience in hiring, developing, coaching, and managing
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical/business related discipline or equivalent work experience

  • Provide actionable feedback on performance
  • Ensure data center priorities align with company objectives
  • Oversee computing hardware and networking operations
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure teams on strategies
  • Develop training, coaching, and standard operating procedures
  • Write and deliver performance reviews
  • Contribute to team meetings and agenda items
  • Forecast capacity planning for space and power usage
  • Manage projects related to data center operations
