Requirements
  • Previous bookkeeping experience is required.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain company financial records using QuickBooks.
  • Process accounts payable transactions.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Assist with payroll processing and coordinate information with the outside accounting vendor.
  • Organize and maintain receipts and supporting documentation.
  • Match receipts and documentation to monthly financial records.
  • Occasionally prepare and issue physical checks.
  • Perform light filing and document management.
  • Assist with other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed.
