Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Proven experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns and measuring their success.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for B2B audiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns to support business goals and sales objectives.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and lead generation metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with lead nurturing strategies and pipeline goals.
  • Create and manage engaging content including case studies, white papers, email newsletters, presentations, videos and sales collateral.
  • Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and design resources to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  • Manage and grow the Blood Hound social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, working closely with the USIC social media manager.
  • Develop social content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with followers to build community and brand authority.
  • Monitor social media analytics to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Plan, organize, and execute the company’s participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and partner events.
  • Coordinate logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and staff schedules.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities generated through events.
  • Monitor primary competitors and inform sales team of developments as necessary.
  • Gather competitive intelligence at tradeshows and other external events.
  • Suggest positioning of Blood Hound’s services in a way that stands out from competition.
