Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in related HR roles

  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to compensation practices
  • Create compensation and benefits programs
  • Identify gaps and develop solutions in existing policies and processes
  • Ensure successful execution of year-end merit and bonus planning process
  • Participate in salary surveys and monitor results
  • Collaborate on compensation matters with Talent Acquisition and People Operations
  • Administer employee benefits programs
  • Maintain positive employee experience on total rewards programs
  • Keep HRIS data current and accurate
  • Generate reports and data analytics
  • Collaborate with groups across the organization
  • Work on ad hoc projects as assigned
