- Develops documentation of existing network environment.
- Manages mobile devices by maintaining inventory, coordinates issuing devices to new staff, troubleshooting issues encountered by users.
- Coordinates facility re-cabling to support agency transformation and server room relocation.
- PBX and VOIP telecommunications system by troubleshooting issues, coordinating with vendors to correct problems as they occur.
- Installs and configures VOIP phones and voicemail for staff as needed.
