Requirements
  • Two to four years of experience in high-performance environments such as startups, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or similar settings.
  • Three or more years of experience in a Chief of Staff, operations, strategy, or similar role in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational support to the CEO across all facets of the business.
  • Drive cross-functional project management and ensure alignment and execution across engineering, product, go-to-market, and operations.
  • Prepare board materials, investor updates, internal communications, executive reports, and presentations.
  • Support fundraising end-to-end through deck preparation, data room management, investor outreach and follow-ups, and due diligence coordination.
  • Own stakeholder management for investors, advisors, partners, and key external relationships.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform company strategy, market positioning, and operational decisions.
  • Build and refine internal processes, rituals, and systems as the company scales.
  • Partner with executives to own and execute the company’s strategic goals and top priorities.
  • Lead and coordinate critical projects across multiple teams, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and company performance.
  • Synthesize complex data and insights to enable effective decision-making.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability.
  • Assist with creating and rolling out new initiatives across the organization.
  • Bridge communications between executive leadership and broader teams.
  • Take on special projects as they arise.
