  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in compensation program management, job architecture, and pay equity.

Responsibilities
  • Design and communicate pay structures, grades, pay policies, and compensation budgets.
  • Responsible for compensation activities including job evaluation, market pay analysis, internal impact analysis, cost projections, data audits and analysis, implementation and communication strategies.
  • Advise managers on effective pay decisions and meet with leadership to discuss compensation issues, concerns or actions needed; help facilitate resolution.
  • Participate in compensation surveys, conducts research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends.
  • Analyze jobs through the job evaluation process to ensure internal equity of positions across job families and grade levels.
  • Lead in annual compensation planning process and provide insight regarding salary budgeting, salary structure adjustments, and salary review.
