Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of employee training, leadership development, and engagement strategies that drive high performance and a culture of continuous learning.
  • Advise the Leadership Team on the impact of new programs, strategies, and regulatory actions, ensuring alignment with RCU’s mission to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
  • Actively participate in long-term strategic planning to integrate employee development into RCU's business goals.
  • Lead the Educational Development and Employee Engagement teams, setting clear goals, managing performance, and ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Define and implement strategies to foster RCU’s company culture while supporting business growth and increasing employee engagement.
  • Develop and track meaningful metrics to measure the impact of employee engagement initiatives on organizational performance and productivity.
  • Oversee event planning, company meetings, and engagement programs, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with RCU’s vision and standards.
  • Create and implement comprehensive leadership and professional development programs that align with RCU’s business goals and enhance team member skills and capabilities.
  • Deliver ongoing leadership and management training programs to support personnel planning and management across the leadership team.
  • Design and implement development programs that address competency gaps and enhance career growth, succession planning, and organizational learning.
  • Lead initiatives to develop and strengthen employee engagement strategies that reflect RCU’s unique culture, values, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to implement surveys and feedback mechanisms that provide insights into employee satisfaction and engagement, using data to drive improvements.
  • Ensure that employee engagement programs reinforce RCU’s culture and mission, creating an environment of continuous improvement and high team morale.
  • Manage the budget for Learning & Development and Employee Engagement departments, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining high-quality programs.
  • Oversee the development and negotiation of contracts with external vendors and consultants, ensuring that services meet RCU’s needs and standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts in training and employee engagement programs, ensuring they evolve to meet changing business needs and industry standards.
