- You have 3–5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer designing web and mobile digital products, preferably in digital agencies, consulting firms, or technology companies.
- You have a good knowledge of Human Centered Design principles and the main UX/UI Design methodologies.
- You have experience using Figma and widely used design and prototyping tools.
- You can transform functional and business requirements into intuitive and effective digital experiences.
- You have attention to detail and sensitivity to both functional and visual aspects of design.
- You can collaborate effectively with front-end and back-end development teams and project coordination roles.
- You are familiar with design systems, component libraries, and collaborative design processes.
- You are curious, committed to continuous learning, and interested in new technologies and AI tools applied to design.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- You have a good knowledge of spoken and written English.
- You will participate in designing web and mobile digital products, contributing to the definition of user experiences and interfaces.
- You will support research, analysis, and requirements-gathering activities, translating user insights and needs into effective design solutions.
- You will create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using leading design tools.
- You will collaborate with senior designers, developers, and project managers to ensure the correct implementation of designed solutions.
- You will contribute to maintaining quality standards and consistency of digital experiences through the use of design systems and shared guidelines.
- You will participate in reviews and continuous improvement of design outputs.
- You will take part in design meetings with clients, contributing to requirements gathering and presentation of developed solutions.
- You will support the team in managing requests and identifying the solutions best suited to business objectives and user needs.
- You will contribute to the evolution of the team’s working methods and tools.
- You will experiment with new tools and AI-based solutions applied to design, sharing best practices and suggestions to optimize processes.
- You will collaborate in maintaining and growing shared design systems and assets.
- Experience as a UX/UI Designer in digital agencies, consulting firms, or technology companies is preferred.
