Requirements
  • 4+ years’ experience in interface design and interaction design
  • Actively collaborate with other designers and cross-functional partners
  • Work well independently and on a squad
  • Experience designing responsive web applications
  • Conduct and participate in generative and evaluative user research with direct access to internal users
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable user insights for your team
  • Experience with a variety of methods, including interviewing, observation, diary studies, card sorting, tree testing, task analysis, and surveys
  • Have expert skills in visual/UI design and prototyping tools (includes Figma or equivalent)
  • Design flows that are intuitive, elegant, and provide value for our team members and vendor partners in their everyday work
  • Deliver production-ready designs and documentation and consult with engineers to see designs through to implementation
  • Utilize and contribute to our enterprise design system
  • Able to gracefully articulate and defend design decisions to peers, partners, and leaders; a storyteller
