Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in leadership roles with a focus on customer success, growth, and sales and marketing in fast-growing technology companies
  • Experience partnering with leaders in Marketing and Communications, Product Management, Customer Experience, Operations, and other key functions
  • Proven enterprise sales leadership experience with a strong record in mentoring, empowering, and positively challenging a team
  • Some knowledge of Cloud Data warehouse and sales of Cloud Data Warehouse or Data Warehouse products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher ideally in business/economics
Responsibilities
  • Management of the Rest of World Sales team including Regional Vice Presidents, Sales Directors, Field Sellers, Sales Engineering, Partners managers, and SDRs
  • Driving revenue growth through direct sales and partnership development
  • Executing sales strategy, tactics, and plans to achieve ARR goals
  • Direct Sales - taking the lead on large and critical deals
  • Team Management - managing and motivating Regional Vice Presidents to hit revenue goals
  • Operational Management - forecasting revenue, measuring team performance KPIs, ensuring data quality and seller enablement
  • Partner Relationship Development - fostering strong relationships with vendor and technology partners
