Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Product Readiness, Delivery Management, or related leadership roles.
  • Strong experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives in enterprise software or financial services environments.

  • Proven ability to translate compliance metrics, release controls, and vulnerability remediation status into concise executive updates, dashboards, and action-oriented governance reporting.
Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end readiness and delivery coordination for artificial intelligence initiatives from planning through production deployment.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and Architects to manage delivery of artificial-intelligence-powered capabilities, including generative artificial intelligence, Copilot, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Coordinate release planning, deployment activities, and go-live readiness across multiple products and platforms.
  • Establish and maintain artificial intelligence program governance, including status reporting, executive communications, risk tracking, and issue escalation.
  • Lead capacity planning, release planning, and prioritization activities to support artificial intelligence strategic objectives.
  • Ensure readiness activities are fully integrated into the Product Development Lifecycle and Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Coordinate solution scoping, execution planning, testing readiness, deployment readiness, and post-launch support activities.
  • Partner with Release Management and Operations teams to ensure operational, support, training, compliance, and deployment readiness requirements are met.
  • Drive Jira adoption, dependency tracking, milestone management, and execution transparency across teams.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, program reviews, and cross-functional working sessions.
  • Build and maintain program dashboards, reporting, Confluence documentation, and executive-level status communications.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage delivery risks, resource constraints, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Work directly with Agile and Scrum teams to align delivery schedules, release commitments, and business priorities.
  • Manage compliance and governance workstreams across Shared Services, including Jira Software Development Lifecycle releases, change ticket processing, deployment monitoring, and vulnerability remediation tracking.
  • Oversee due-diligence checkpoints for Jira tollgate artifacts, release readiness, change deployment controls, and post-deployment support across platform and shared-services initiatives.
  • Coordinate weekly vulnerability scan reviews, assignment, remediation follow-up, and executive reporting for patch, configuration, and cloud vulnerabilities.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience working with artificial intelligence and machine learning, generative artificial intelligence, Copilot, intelligent automation, or data-driven product capabilities from concept through production deployment.
  • Strong understanding of modern artificial intelligence technologies, including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, model evaluation, artificial intelligence governance, and responsible artificial intelligence principles.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering, Architecture, User Experience, Data Science, Compliance, Security, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver enterprise artificial intelligence solutions.
  • Financial services and investment management domain expertise, including portfolio management, trading, investment operations, reconciliations, corporate actions, performance measurement and attribution, derivatives, bank loans, or collateral management.
  • Experience leading large-scale platform, transformation, or modernization initiatives.
  • Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional, Agile, or related program management certifications.
  • Hands-on experience supporting platform compliance across Jira releases, change tickets, deployment governance, information technology compliance checks, and remediation execution in regulated financial services environments.

State Street names Tim Helyar as head of Asia Pacific. Helyar succeeds Lochiel Crafter, who recently retired, and reports to Stefan Gmuer, head of International. 9 September 2026 State Street Corporation today appointed Tim Helyar as head of Asia Pacific, effective immediately, supporting the company's regional growth strategy. Based in Hong Kong, Helyar (pictured) will oversee State Street's Asia Pacific business strategy, partnering with country, functional and business leaders to strengthen governance, deepen client and regulator engagement and accelerate regional growth. He succeeds Lochiel Crafter, who recently retired, and reports to Stefan Gmuer, head of International. "Tim is a proven leader with deep investment services expertise and a strong track record of delivering for clients," said Gmuer, in a statement. "His regional knowledge and collaborative leadership will help advance our growth strategy across Asia Pacific, while supporting regional clients as they seek to unlock growth, gain efficiencies and seize new opportunities." Helyar has more than 27 years of financial services experience across investment services, pension, investment and wealth management. State Street Corporation has acquired a 5.49% voting stake in Inghams Group Limited, becoming a substantial shareholder effective 4 September 2026.
