  • 10+ years as a creative leader at a globally recognized ad agency
  • 3+ years working in-house for iconic, global brands
  • Award-winning portfolio of outstanding creative work done on a variety of brands
  • People manager with deep experience managing dynamic & creative teams
  • Ability to craft a story or concept so it's got teeth- shaping culture, not just reacting to it
  • Strong grasp of design craft across a wide variety of formats
  • Comfort being hands-on and willing to do the work yourself, alongside a small and mighty team
  • Working knowledge of all design apps from Adobe to Figma
  • Social-first approach with the ability to scale to Super Bowl worthy spots and captivating activations

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing a diverse team of creatives on the Pinterest Marketing team for all campaigns across Consumer Marketing, Pinterest Business Marketing and Performance Marketing
  • Uplevel creative quality of work across the team in partnership with marketing - delivering both business results and international recognition for the Pinterest brand in the industry
  • Provide meaningful feedback to in-house creative directors and designers (across a breadth of disciplines, like graphic, motion, digital, video, editing, etc) with a variety of formats
  • Bring depth to conceptual creative direction, art direction, and design
