  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, and equipment operations.
  • Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve service experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Communicates equipment, tools, and supplies needs to TBC Lead.
  • Tracks and monitors returns and special orders, operates cash registers, and processes transactions.
  • Maintains accurate inventory and audits safety and compliance standards.
  • Identifies member needs and assists members with purchasing decisions, resolving issues and concerns.
  • Models high-quality service and products, developing and inspiring others.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources.
