General Summary: The scheduling coordinator is responsible for accurately maintaining care staff schedules to meet the needs of the community. The scheduling coordinator must be an excellent communicator and must be able to multi-task in our fast-paced community.
Duties:
- Coordinates and schedules Health Center staff to ensure the building is properly staffed
- Contact staff to fill shifts, implement shift changes and communicate assignment changes
- Fill in for open C.N.A. shifts
- Schedule candidate interviews
- Update timecards with applicable corrections and ensures timecards are accurate
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years health care staffing scheduling experience in a healthcare setting is required
- C.N.A. license in the State of Florida is required
The pay range for this position is starting at $15.00 an hour. **Actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range as it is dependent on skills and experience.
