Responsibilities
Set up and take down signage, check-in tables, and merchandise displays, and charge devices.
Greet and check in guests, answer questions, and ensure a seamless audience experience.
Facilitate merchandise sales, track inventory, report issues, and request additional assets and merchandise as needed.
Monitor event flow and quickly resolve on-site issues.
Maintain timely communication with the Venue Operations team and venue staff, relay concerns, and provide feedback for improvement.
Direct on-site venue staff when necessary.
Arrive on time, fully prepared, and ready to represent the company professionally.
Desired Qualifications
Hospitality, retail, or similar experience is preferred.

Event Setup & Breakdown: Set up and take down signage, check-in tables, and merchandise displays, charge devices.
