Requirements
- 2+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations function
- 1+ years of Salesforce.com admin experience (Salesforce Admin certification required)
- Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce process builder, sharing rules, workflow, formulas, and custom report and dashboard building
- Experience working in an agile environment with a strong understanding of Jira or other ticketing tools
- Understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards
- Experience working on a global team and managing global stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to key stakeholders and influence rapid business outcomes
- Nimble, adaptable, resilient, resourceful and gritty!
- Experience administering additional sales tools (Outreach, Gong, Apollo, Zapier, etc.) a plus
Responsibilities
- Support senior EMEA Revenue leadership and the Revenue Operations team with day-to-day business operations across key workflows and systems, primarily in Salesforce, while working with various stakeholders across our Go-To-Market function (e.g. Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing)
- Manage user administration, assignments, permission, data migrations, and processes in Salesforce and other systems owned by the Revenue Operations team, in line with Sales Rules of Engagement and core business processes
- Creation and maintenance of documentation for process, procedure, systems infrastructure, project planning, and user enablement
- Manage Jira ticket requests with responses and solutions that meet SLAs set out by the business
- Perform basic support, troubleshooting, administrative and bulk data upload tasks
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Growth, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) on implementing initiatives that drive revenue
