Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and media strategy, preferably within the outdoor industry
  • Experience working on creative campaigns, preferably for a DTC brand
  • Strong background in creating measurable and effective media campaigns for a brand, preferably an apparel brand
  • Comfortable with Google Analytics and meta backend for ad placements
  • Experience briefing media agency for a brand and executing that brief
  • Ability and willingness to travel as necessary

  • Managing upper funnel paid media plans with a measurable mindset
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to drive impactful brand level media plans
  • Creating strategy, briefing, and implementing top of funnel awareness media for North America
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with agency partners
  • Aligning brand advertising with strategic priorities
  • Creating full funnel media strategy for each season
  • Overseeing and optimizing retail marketing paid media activations
  • Planning and managing brand awareness media and retail marketing advertising budgets
