Requirements
  • Progress through our Ramp Camp (ChowNow's New Hire Onboarding Experience)
  • Learn the suite of ChowNow products including Chownow Direct, ChowNow Marketplace and Order Better Network; be able to discuss the ChowNow origin story and be able to strategize with your colleagues
  • Learn the ChowNow Sales process and methodology
  • Understand ChowNow's Salesforce.com and Tableau instances, including current reports, dashboards, required data and workflows
  • Create new reports and dashboards based on data insights while partnering with Data and Analytics
  • Learn ChowNow's growth Marketing and Partnership strategies, tools, and campaigns
  • Begin to help our team to actively and effectively nurture leads
  • Work with inside and outside sales teams to develop a more efficient process of prioritizing leads and using Salesforce CRM
  • You love restaurants
  • You have 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations with a track record of driving strategic decision-making within Revenue organizations
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • You have excellent analytical and systems-thinking approaches to problem solving, with a proven track record of matching team needs with enablement solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Salesforce.com/Google
  • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to communicate the right level of information to executives and cross-functional teams at the right cadence
  • Data expert. Querying and scoping, analysis and modeling, summarizing (pivot tables, charts, slides, written explanation), reporting (dashboards, repositories, Tableau)
Responsibilities
  • Organizational design and hiring of a team fitted for the unique needs of ChowNow
  • Identify and track KPIs and metrics that can be scaled across the organization
  • Define and deliver on SLA's in support of cross functional business process
  • Partner with the Growth Marketing and Partnership teams to build a lead qualification process and funnel optimization
  • Partner with leadership to design compensation plans that solve for employee and business needs
  • Manage the process for calculating accurate & timely monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses for the sales organization
  • Test and build scalable processes and tools to increase sales effectiveness
  • Connect internal operations to external partner operations to receive and deliver referral opportunities and contracted revenue sharing
  • Work cross-functionally to create dashboards for performance visibility and insights for various levels. Internal tools include Salesforce.com, Tableau, and SQL
  • Contribute to predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales processes using data analytics to produce forecasts and actionable insights that senior leadership can use for planning purposes
Desired Qualifications
  • Develop, implement, and improve processes for effective and efficient revenue operations
  • Partner with the Business Systems team to develop and improve reports, dashboards, and supporting process flows to provide reliable, accurate, and timely visibility into our Salesforce.com data
  • Begin connecting technologies and processes to external partner organizations for efficient value exchange
  • Calculate commissions and bonuses for the company and provide compensation reports to Finance Sales and other departments as appropriate
  • Improve documentation for existing processes and proactively communicate changes
  • Be responsible for everything sales data related, from tracking goals and handling sales workflows to creating pipeline visibility and building forecasts
