- Journey-level experience and union membership are required.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools and woodworking machinery is required.

- Use levels, measuring tape, plumb bobs, framing squares, and lasers to ensure items are level and secure.
- Install cabinets, wall paneling, fixtures, and other products.
- Bend, stand, walk, use hands, and handle or feel objects, tools, or controls as required by the job.
- Reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, or crouch as occasionally required.
- Push, pull, or lift from below the waist or from an overhead position and carry 50 pounds or more.
- Use close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision and adjust focus.
