Requirements
  • Requires a Master of Science, Master of Arts, or Master of Laws degree in Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, International Affairs, International Development, International Political Economy, Law, or Economics.
  • Applicants must possess solid quantitative analysis and research skills.
  • Applicants must be able to write well and work professionally in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of foreign business practices and United States trade laws is beneficial but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
  • Assist Antidumping and Countervailing Duties case and policy analysts in conducting investigations and administrative services reviews and supporting United States trade law responsibilities.
  • Conduct research and analysis and implement results to assist federal Antidumping and Countervailing Duties case and policy analysts with investigative responsibilities.
  • Assist with analysis and data evaluation.
  • Attend meetings, briefings, and hearings related to Antidumping and Countervailing Duties.
  • Support Enforcement and Compliance case and policy analysts in preparing recommendations for the disposition of assignments.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers, stakeholders, and the public.
  • Research, analyze, write, and present findings and recommendations in the processing of Antidumping and Countervailing Duties cases.
