In this position, you will:

• Explore a variety of 3D sensors and cameras to integrate into robotic systems
• Work on 3D scene and object reconstruction, object detection and pose estimation problems
• Validate perception pipeline performance in a variety of use cases and environmental conditions

Qualifications:

• Pursuing BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related technical field
• Solid coursework or background in machine learning or image/video processing
• Familiarity with basic computer vision concepts such as intrinsic and extrinsic calibrations, homogeneous coordinates, projection matrices and epipolar (stereo vision) geometry.
• Familiarity with hardware device interfaces
• Strong coding experience in C++ and Python

Responsibilities:

• Ability to take an abstract problem and break it down into an implementable system - starting with a scrappy approach and progressively building it up into a sophisticated solution
• You’ll be working with a creative team of people across mechanical, electrical and software domains to ensure our systems are safe and reliable
