- 6-8 years of total experience with at least 4+ years demonstrated experience using design constructs and programming on SharePoint Platform. SharePoint 2010 experience is a MUST.
- 4+ years of development experience using Microsoft .NET technologies
- Ability to conduct independent research on technical requirements, understand existing data structures and create mapping documents and designs for porting to a new platform
- SQL Server programming and performance tuning. Hands-on experience reverse engineering, writing, and enhancing stored procedures.
- Prior project experience of migrating from an existing platform to SharePoint will be an added plus
- Deep understanding of document management tools and SQLServer platforms such as Documentum, SQLServer, and Oracle
- Ability to document detailed technical designs and mentor developers
- Hands-on experience using and manipulating complex XML documents
