Responsibilities
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM, including workflow, reporting, and data integrity
  • Create reports, dashboards, and other documentation as requested by sales management
  • Conduct full funnel analysis of conversion from leads to deals closed and renewals
  • Document processes, make recommendations, and assist in systems/process improvements
  • Respond to requests from sales representatives via cases
  • Evaluate information, identify problem areas, formulate solutions, and present them effectively
  • Optimize sales and operational efficiency through process improvement
  • Act as a liaison with other departments to ensure the integrity of master data information in Salesforce
  • Ensure opportunities are properly tracked in Salesforce, validating systems against the signed contract
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Salesforce and CPQ
