Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available units, showcasing the features and amenities of each property.
  • Assist prospective residents with the leasing process, including completing applications, conducting credit and background checks, and preparing lease agreements.
  • Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about pricing, availability, and leasing policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective residents, addressing concerns or issues professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement leasing strategies, including marketing campaigns and resident referral programs.
  • Conduct market research and stay informed about local trends and competitor offerings to support competitive pricing and positioning.
  • Maintain organized leasing records and documentation and ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and company policies.
