  • Maintain highly organized, accurate models and documentation that reflect design intent, coordination decisions, and evolving project requirements
  • Contribute to the evolution of TEECOM’s system by drafting meaningful documentation updates, refining standards, and preparing Pull Requests
  • Lead modeling and documentation efforts across moderate to complex scopes, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and alignment with engineering direction
  • Manage task priorities and workflow sequencing independently while maintaining clear communication with production, engineering, and project teams
  • Maintain model integrity by managing warnings, optimizing views, updating templates, and ensuring consistent application of modeling standards
  • Lead BIM coordination efforts by performing clash reviews, documenting issues, and resolving or escalating conflicts as needed
  • Participate in discipline, project, engineering, and coordination meetings, contributing updates, resolving issues, and helping drive alignment across teams
  • Support advanced coordination efforts by identifying risks early, resolving modeling challenges, and guiding junior designers through production workflows
  • Maintain strong task visibility and delivery accountability through consistent updates across TEECOM tools and proactive communication with stakeholders
  • Document design decisions, assumptions, and updates in project tools and GitHub with discipline-level clarity and completeness
  • Estimate level of effort for assigned tasks and provide input to Project Leads on sequencing, resource needs, or scope impacts
  • Maintain accurate and timely time and expense entries to support delivery accountability
  • Lead updates to drawing sets, models, calculations, and documentation to support deadlines and maintain cross-discipline accuracy
  • Participate in project, discipline, engineering, production, and coordination meetings, communicating risks, assumptions, and required decisions proactively
  • Execute advanced design, modeling, coordination, and production tasks with minimal oversight
  • Maintain accurate task tracking and coordination updates across TEECOM tools to support team visibility and delivery alignment
  • Coordinate with production and cross-discipline teams to resolve modeling or documentation issues and elevate complex conflicts when needed
  • Run clash detection workflows, review aggregated models, and coordinate next steps with engineering and project teams
  • Ensure modeling approaches, view structures, and family usage support efficient coordination and documentation across all project phases
  • Ask questions early to confirm design intent, clarify scope, and strengthen project alignment
  • Maintain accurate daily time and expense entries and communicate proactively with project teams to sustain delivery momentum
  • Support site visits or existing conditions verification, contributing observations and coordination insight to inform design direction
  • Review cross-discipline models and documentation, identifying risks and proposing coordinated solutions that improve delivery clarity
  • Prepare or refine diagrams, schedules, and technical documentation that support project communication and decision making
  • Contribute to product research, technical evaluations, and specification development aligned with discipline standards
  • Improve production workflows by refining templates, views, tools, or content that enhance efficiency and consistency
  • Provide modeling, documentation, or coordination guidance to Designer I and II team members when appropriate
  • Support advanced coordination efforts by preparing models, viewpoints, or exports that enable effective cross-discipline review
  • Contribute to the evolution of TEECOM standards by helping refine families, templates, and shared content used across teams
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with delivering technology system designs (Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, and other technology disciplines) and supporting engineering tasks such as calculations, device layouts, and specification development
  • Experience leading BIM coordination efforts, including clash detection, model review, and cross-discipline resolution
  • Ability to maintain model health at a senior production level, including workset management, view template application, warning resolution, and model cleanup
  • Ability to manage and maintain coordinated models, produce accurate drawings with minimal oversight, and resolve production issues independently
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage workloads across several projects, lead coordination efforts, and support engineers and project leads
