  • Proven experience organizing and executing both online and in-person events and meetups.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute community strategies that engage IT and security professionals, creating lasting relationships that align with our business goals.
  • Organize and lead community events and meetups both online and in-person to foster interaction, education, and collaboration within the community.
  • Launch and manage online community initiatives to drive ongoing engagement and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align community efforts with broader company objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for community growth by listening to feedback and continuously refining your approach to meet the needs of our IT and security audience.
  • Develop a community content plan to ensure a steady flow of relevant discussions, user-generated content, and educational resources.
  • Track and report on key metrics related to community growth, engagement, and sentiment, sharing insights with leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Actively engage with influencers, industry experts, and community leaders to broaden Kandji’s visibility in the IT and security space.
