- A Bachelor of Science degree in a health-related field is required.
- At least two years of healthcare experience is required.

- Ability to assess and analyze situations and communicate appropriate next steps effectively is required.
- Develop and implement the quality improvement program for Senior LIFE.
- Create and roll out an annual review and update of the center’s quality improvement plan.
- Identify and integrate quality indicators and implement center-wide tracking and review of best practices.
- Monitor the open action and complaints hotline weekly and analyze high-level incident reports, the infection control log, and survey deficiencies to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage data and provide comprehensive analytics and reporting as needed.
- Educate and train staff on all aspects of quality improvement.
- Monitor new and existing initiatives, provide comprehensive analyses and improvement ideas, and integrate those concepts into short- and long-term plans.
- Conduct monthly facility orientations and provider network audits.
- Provide comprehensive assessments and quality improvement recommendations to the Senior LIFE board of directors annually.
- Work with national quality management agencies, related initiatives, and the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare.
- Serve as chairperson of the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement committee and sit on the Senior LIFE Fraud, Waste and Abuse Compliance Committee.
