Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in managing programs/projects
  • 5-8 years of implementation experience with SaaS applications
  • Bachelors or masters degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven start-up environment
  • Relevant account and customer management experience
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication, project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Passionate about customer service and helping others
  • Experience with implementing and/or integrating with ERP applications such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Intaact, etc. with focus on Accounts Payable functionality (procure to pay) – an advantage
  • Experience with payment systems and/or working at a Fintech company – an advantage
  • Experience in working with Ticketing Systems (Zendesk, JIRA, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce) – an advantage
  • Experience with Compliance and regulatory processes – an advantage
Responsibilities
  • Successful execution of strategic programs and initiatives in accordance with the mission and goals of Tipalti
  • Drive programs to meet aggressive goals and deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Work cross-functionally as needed with several internal teams including other Operations teams, Sales, Alliances, Product and Engineering to ensure successful completion of programs
  • Work with the Enablement team to build training and rollout plans for all cross-functional teams
  • Work with the Tipalti Management team to develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
  • Develop an operating plan for the program including long term and short term goals
  • Develop metrics to measure success, assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with the leadership team to achieve/exceed department/company goals
  • Ensure program goals are met in areas such as customer satisfaction, implementation quality and team member performance
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
  • Meet regularly with cross-functional stakeholders to share status, issues/risks and recommendations to ensure success
