Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with building, analyzing, and managing schedules using Microsoft Project Professional
  • Experience with proactive communication of schedule management processes and metrics
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience with using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience supporting a DoD acquisition program or industry program focused on developing enterprise IT solutions
  • Experience with providing schedule analyses, including schedule delays and reason for delays
  • Experience with identifying and performing Critical Path analyses
  • Experience with creating, managing, and integrating both DoD and vendor project schedules using Project Web App
  • Knowledge of the Defense Acquisition Life Cycle and the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting Execution (PPBE) process
Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of a high-visibility Navy Portfolio
  • Work with key stakeholders to review acquisition and program strategies and develop integrated portfolio level Government Schedules and supplier Integrated Master Schedules
  • Help execute and monitor strategic and tactical plans using resources like MS Project Professional, Project Web App, and Milestones Professional
  • Regular interactions with project analysts, business analysts, cross-functional SMEs, vendors, and portfolio leaders
  • Ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards
