Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience with DoD tactical and strategic networks
  • 3+ years of experience working with Combatant Commands
  • 3+ years of experience working on C2 systems and system of systems efforts
  • Knowledge of Communications Information System(CIS)initiatives, including cloud computing, data-centric networking, and combined joint all-domain command and control
  • Ability to read and critically review network architecture viewpoints
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working with senior military officers
  • Knowledge of requirements processes
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in C2 processes and systems
  • Work alongside key stakeholders to facilitate technical discussions between product owners and operators and the service providers and network owners
  • Assist in the technical decomposition of C2 requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure new C2 solutions are integrated and interoperable with existing and other developmental systems
  • Directly impact military forces by fine-tuning projects that ensure the right data gets to the right decision-maker with the right context at the right time and with an opportunity to react
  • Implement new technologies to change national defense for the better
