Responsibilities
  • Champion and effectively communicate the mission, vision, and value proposition of MedRVA Healthcare to physicians and provider groups.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans aimed at recruiting physicians interested in utilizing MedRVA’s outpatient surgical facilities.
  • Build and sustain relationships with referring provider offices through regular visits, ongoing engagement, and consistent follow-up.
  • Serve as a trusted resource and liaison between physician offices and MedRVA, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and promoting collaboration.
  • Lead educational sessions, practice presentations, and networking events that highlight the benefits of aligning with MedRVA.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless experience for referred physicians and patients, including providing insights into provider needs and referral trends.
  • Monitor referral patterns and analyze data to identify growth opportunities and guide outreach strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of all provider interactions and report regularly on key performance indicators related to physician engagement and recruitment.
