Responsibilities
  • Support recruiting events with compelling and timely promotions and follow-ups
  • Support social media content creation, posting, and strategies including integrated campaigns
  • Support video efforts in coordinating and participating
  • Keeping all online materials up to date and compelling
  • Staff in-person events
  • Coordinate and facilitate our Social Squad of social ambassadors
  • Work with our Programs team to innovate and drive campus ambassador program participation
  • Craft and support email and Slack campaigns promoting the Futureforce brand both internally and externally, conducting A/B tests and analyzing results to garner insights and optimize future campaigns
  • Work with Content Marketing partners to identify key topics of interest to target audiences and independently draft content for articles, blog posts, and other channels

  • Understanding of the university recruitment space and unique characteristics of this target audience
  • Strong attention to detail, passion for driving impact, and willingness to tackle technologies
  • Self-motivated and able to work well both individually and in a highly collaborative environment
  • Experience working for a technology company
