  • Philosophy: You love to ship fast and make an impact. You have a high bar for quality and love moving from ideation to solution in the hands of the customer as quickly as possible. We want someone with high agency and a balance between technical obsession and pragmatism.
  • Experience: You have 2 to 5 years of experience building real world applications
  • Language: You’re exceptional at Python, Go, or similar
  • Tools: Build your own tools as needed and love to use tools like Cursor to maximize your velocity. You improve systems along the way to move faster and faster.

Responsibilities
  • Improve and expand Parity’s core AI features, central to the product experience
  • Scope, develop, test, and ship new AI-driven features for customers
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end AI feature development process
  • Collaborate closely with the founders and early team members to shape product direction
  • Contribute to strategic decisions about AI technology and its applications within the product
